Billing and Cancellation Policy
Appointments and service packages are paid in full via invoice through online banking after the first appointment. The payment term is 14 days. Payment in instalments may be arranged upon request with the nutritionist providing and billing for the service.
Payment can also be made using Epassi Wellbeing Benefit through the Epassi app.
Cancellation policy: The client may cancel a scheduled appointment by email or phone directly with the attending nutritionist at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. With a medical certificate, the appointment may also be cancelled later, but always before the appointment begins.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled appointment in accordance with the payment terms. In the case of a follow-up appointment, a late cancellation or a no-show does not entitle the client to reschedule a replacement session.
