All of our nutrition therapists hold Master’s degrees in Health Sciences and are licensed professionals in the fields of nutrition science and nutrition therapy.

The diet plan is updated at each meeting to reflect your progress, and you will always leave with new inspiration and tips for your diet. You can meet with your nutrition therapist once or choose multiple sessions for coaching, which helps track your progress and supports permanent change.
